Municipality of Calosso – Calamandrana

VINIFICATION:

In stainless steel thermoconditioned tanks. In order to bring out the natural aromatic component, typical of this grape variety, before fermentation at controlled temperature (13°C), the must is chilled and subsequently decanted.

PAIRINGS:

Starters and mixed seafood grill. Excellent as aperitif.

SERVICE TEMPERATURE:

10 – 12° C.

COLOUR:

Yellow with golden reflections.

AROMA:

Intense, fragrant, fruity.

TASTE:

Delicately aromatic, fresh and balanced.
