GRAPE HARVEST:

Second ten days of September; rigid selection of grapes, de-stemming and soft pressing of grapes.

VINIFICATION:

Selected yeast fermentation in autoclave at controlled temperature.

PAIRINGS:

Typical dessert wine; good matching with leavened pastries, delicious matching with “panettone” cake, pastries and traditional desserts.

SERVING TEMPERATURE:

Ideal temperature: around 6°/8°.

COLOUR:

Bright golden yellow .

AROMA:

Very delicate, aromatic, fragrant.

Sweet and fruity.
