24/30 months in oak barrels and further twelve months bottle – ageing at constant temperature.
Excellent with braised beef, game, aged cheeses.
Ideal temperature: around 20°C
Intense ruby red colour tending to crimson.
Typical, ethereal. You can recognize violet, rose, almond and hints of wild berries.
Full and strong but velvety and dry with a pleasantly bitter background.
