VARIETAL COMPOSITION:

Nebbiolo 90 %, Vespolina 10 %

PRODUCTION AREA:

Novara hills, Municipalities of Fara, Ghemme and Sizzano

VINEYARD YIELD:

Approx. 75 quintals per hectare

VINIFICATION:

Rose vinification. The grapes are de-stemmed and gently crushed, then soaked for about 24 hours. Subsequently – racking of the free run wine, addition of selected yeasts and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature

PAIRINGS:

Excellent with starters, cold dishes, pizza and white meat.

SERVING TEMPERATURE:

12-14°C.

COLOUR:

Bright pink.

AROMA:

Fruity with pleasant hints of violet.

TASTE:

Soft, delicate, finely sweet.
