Rose vinification. The grapes are de-stemmed and gently crushed, then soaked for about 24 hours. Subsequently – racking of the free run wine, addition of selected yeasts and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature
Excellent with starters, cold dishes, pizza and white meat.
Fruity with pleasant hints of violet.
Soft, delicate, finely sweet.
