GRAPE VARIETY:

Muscat grapes vinified after light withering .

PRODUCTION AREA:

Santo Stefano Belbo.

GRAPE HARVEST:

Cutting of the grapes a few days before harvest and subsequently short withering leaving the grape hanging on vine-shoots.

VINIFICATION:

Rigid sorting of grapes and soft vinification allow to obtain a very sweet must, with slow fermentation during the winter in barriques.

PAIRINGS:

Good matching with pastries and cookies in general. It also pairs well with cheese and grape chutney.

SERVING TEMPERATURE:

Ideal temperature: around 10° C.

COLOUR:

Warm golden yellow.

AROMA:

Composite and aromatic.

TASTE:

Sweet and aromatic, with long persistence.
